Grand opening alert: Ramen Auru by Hatena!

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Hatena Group’s debut ramen spot, Ramen Auru! Our team has been tirelessly preparing to bring this exciting new venue to life!

Ramen Auru draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese “Machi-chuka”—a local eatery operated by Japanese chefs, bringing a slice of nostalgic, neighborhood charm. Our menu features a delightful array of classics including ramen, gyoza, and fried rice, among our all time favourites.

A highlight of our menu is the three signature ramens: the rich and hearty Tonkotsu, the luxurious Ebi Bisque, and the refreshingly citrus Yuzu Shio. Each offers a unique flavour profile, promising to cater to a variety of palates.

This is only temporary as we are still in the early stages of our opening. We will definitely have longer opening hours, open for lunches and open fore more than five days eventually.
